What we’re looking for:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel for extended durations as needed.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Outlook, Smart Devices, Dropbox, etc.
- Strong organizational skills are essential to handle a variety of tasks effectively.
What a typical day looks like:
- Reading and understand project plans, drawings and specifications.
- Soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for equipment, materials, and services.
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to clarify scope, schedule, and pricing.
- Support development of work plans, schedules, and sequencing for complex projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for materials.
- Attend site visits and document site conditions.
- Assist in building cost estimates.
- Track addenda, clarifications, and scope changes during the bid process
- Help prepare bid packages and assist with submissions.
